Comfort Meets Chic

Comfortable seems to be a big concern for some women who may love fashion but don't know how to go about it without thinking that comfort and fashion don't mix. However, I will explain to you how this thinking is flawed, and you can be comfortable and enjoy fashion at the same time and look good for any occasion. That's the beauty of fashion it is geared to any style you just must know how to pair pieces together.

The beauty about fashion is that it's not exclusive to one style. Fashion is about expressing yourself through your clothing. If your style and your personality is comfort, then I can assure that you will be able to find clothes and combinations that are geared to your liking. You can look comfortable and chic without looking frumpy and that you've been giving up on life. Style is not a luxury it is a right and you don't need to change who you are and have so much money to feel good in what you're wearing. Always think quality over quantity especially when it comes to fashion. Nothing in your closet must be expensive although it shouldn't be so cheap either.

One of the most popular comfortable combinations are a t-shirt and a pair of jeans. The best way to take this simple outfit is to add pieces and accessories to go from nothing special to glam with minimal effort. For instance, a blazer that is fitted or a bit oversized, added with printed scarf, a pair of flats or heels and a simple handbag will make this ordinary outfit into extraordinary.

If you like wearing dresses but you don't like wearing heels that's no problem, you don't have to wear heels. You can wear flats or short block heels that are making a comeback and it will add a different twist on a classic look. Once again adding accessories will help, I can't stress this enough because not only do shoes make the outfit, but accessories add flair and a sense of creativity and uniqueness.

Adding long layers to your look is another way to beat the comfort look. Now that we are approaching cooler weather one look that stands out and is becoming a classic fall trend is the long cardigan, with a long t-shirt, over leggings and paired with riding boots. If that isn't comfort meeting chic, then I don't know what it is comfort meeting chic.

My hope is for people to get to a place and realize that looking good makes them feel good and everyone should be able to feel good about themselves even in the simplest ways. As I mention earlier style isn't a luxury instead it's a right that everyone is entitled to because anyone no matter their budget should be able to have wardrobes that excites them.
